2016 New Exhibit Walk-through Dates

Kay WalkingStick: An American Artist
Opens October 15
Staff Walk-Throughs…
Just a reminder that the staff walk-throughs for the Kay WalkingStick exhibit are at 9:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. Friday, October 14. Leading the walk-throughs will be Jaclyn Roessel—both will start in Steele.
Supplemental/Make Up Walk-Throughs…
If you are not able to attend Jaclyn’s walk-throughs on Oct. 14 or would like to review and discuss the exhibit with a small group of guides and other volunteers, plan to attend a make-up/supplemental walk-through with Marlene Scholsohn or Linda Hefter.
Here is the schedule. Be sure to register in advance. 
With Marlene Scholsohn: 
1 p.m. Monday, October 17
10:30 a.m. Monday, October 24
1 p.m. Monday, October 31—This will be a joint walk-through by Marlene and Linda following the Tune Up
With Linda Hefter:
Wednesday, October 19 – Immediately following the Guild meeting
1:15 p.m. Thursday, October 27
1 p.m. Monday, October 31—This will be a joint walk-through by Marlene and Linda following the Tune Up
Note: A Saturday walk-through will be scheduled if there is a need. Let me know which Saturday is best for you.

Coming to the Heard in the Spring will be two exciting exhibits:
Rick Bartow: Things You Know But Cannot Explain
Catalog: By Rick Bartow, Jill Hartz and Danielle M. Knapp
Frida Kahlo and Diego Rivera: From the Jacques and Natasha Gelman Collection
Catalog: By Editor Nicholas Chambers
Google both exhibit titles for lots of information about these two traveling exhibits. New and used copies of both catalogs are available online.
