Grants for Schools

Eligible Applicants

All teachers whose students have entered work in the current Heard Museum Guild American Indian Student Art Show & Sale are eligible.

Application Letter

An application letter must accompany the submission of artwork to the American Indian Student Art Show & Sale. The grant request must be specific.

The letter of application must be written and dated by the teacher and must include:

  • Size of school
  • Grades in your school
  • Number of students in your art classes
  • Need and intended use of materials to be purchased with the grant money.
  • Indication of how previous Student Art Show & Sale grant monies were used.

The information in the letter may be used for publicity purposes connected with the Student Art Show & Sale.
