Unsold artwork must be picked up or returned at the end of the 2023 American Indian Youth Art Show + Sale. Artwork remaining at the museum after March 7, 2023 may be donated to charity.
If you are unable to pick up the artwork promptly at the close of the Show on Sunday, March 5, you may pick up the artwork at the Heard Museum Monte Vista Room on:
- Monday, March 6, 2023, 10 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
- Tuesday, March 7, 2023, 10 a.m. — 4:00 p.m.
Pick Up Appointment Contact
If you are unable to pick up your artwork during the above days, you can make other arrangements by emailing youthartsale@heardguild.org to make an appointment for your pickup.
Shipping
Please send/include the UPS/FedEx account number for your school and we will ship your unsold artwork back to you. Include the information and instructions with your application or email youthartsale@heardguild.org.
The Heard Museum Guild does not budget funds to cover return postage of the unsold artwork. Please let us know how we can arrange to return the artwork if you do not have a FedEx or UPS account number or have not made other arrangements for pick up after the show.
