Food Pavilion

No more “carnival” food. The new Food Pavilion is catered by Arizona Taste, a noted caterer in the Phoenix area. Attendees will be able to enjoy their expertly prepared lunches at canopied tables while listening to artists on the Pavilion Stage. Seating capacity has been doubled from prior years. The menu is a range of choices from hotdogs, hamburgers and pulled pork sandwiches to Caesar salad, mesquite grilled chicken, and ancho-chili glazed salmon with warm quinoa salad.
