Guild Programs Coordinator

The Guild Programs Coordinator is appointed by the President to serve as liaison between the Guild Board and the committees in the Guild Programs jurisdiction.

Trips

This committee organizes and conducts trips with interpretive tour guides to places of interest and concern to Guild members, primarily to areas in the Southwest, but not limited to there. Guild trips are open to all Museum members with Guild members receiving priority.

This committee plans and provides interesting and educational speakers and day trips for Guild members and their guests.

This committee plans and creates a social gathering to celebrate the holidays, including food, a program and/or entertainment.

This committee is responsible for providing refreshments as requested by the Board of Directors and maintaining hospitality equipment and supplies.

This committee plans the spring social event that coincides with the Guild Annual Meeting held in early May.

Staff Appreciation Lunch

This committee organizes and serves a potluck luncheon for members of the Heard Museum staff. This typically occurs in late fall.

This committee organizes the refreshments for the Spanish Market and the Katsina Carvers’ Market.
