"Native Peoples of the Southwest" Short Course
What is it?
As part of its commitment to continuing education, the Heard Museum Guild presents three “Short Courses” each year. The four half-day sessions focus on the Southwest and the first Americans who inhabited this land from prehistoric times to the 21st century. The aim of these classes is to gain a respect for native peoples and to develop an appreciation of their art and culture.
Where is it?
The fall Short Course is taught at the Heard West Museum, the winter course is taught at the Central Avenue campus, and the spring course is taught at the Heard North location.
How much is it?
The cost of enrolling in one of the four-session Short Courses is:
• Guild members $40

• Non-members $60
It is not necessary to be a member of the Guild or the Museum to enroll in these courses.
