A New Level of Involvement

Those members who would like to increase their commitment to the Museum by becoming a volunteer should consider joining the Heard Museum Guild. Membership in the Guild, the Heard Museum’s volunteer organization, is open to all Museum members.

A Range of Opportunities

The range of volunteer opportunities available to Guild members is extensive, each drawing on a different set of interests and talents.  One Guild member says this about her volunteer experience, "I just love what I do here.  Volunteering has given me, selfishly, the opportunity to do what I enjoy doing.  At the same time, it allows me to give something back."

New Friends and Colleagues

Every involvement is done in fellowship with other Guild members. As a result, friendships develop that offer a calendar of new social, travel, dining, educational and entertainment experiences.

Join Now or Renew Your Membership

Membership in the Heard Museum is a prerequisite for Guild Membership. For Museum members, the price of a Guild membership is only $25 for active members or $35 for associate members. Associate members receive all of the benefits of active membership but are not required to actively volunteer during the year.  When you join, you also have the opportunity to purchase a Guild nametag.  For those wishing to join the Guild for the first time and to those who are already members of the Guild, we encourage you to review the Volunteer page under the Get Involved area to acquaint you with all of the volunteer opportunities that are available.  For both those that wish to join and those members that wish to renew their membership, click here to join or renew.
