Licensing Information

The State of Arizona and the City of Phoenix require that you obtain appropriate licensing before selling at our Indian Fair & Market. You can download the forms here. Then you must mail or hand deliver the completed form and payment to the appropriate government agency as noted on the forms. As March 1 is not far away and you may not receive the license before the show, we recommend that you have a copy of the completed form and a copy of your check or money order with you in case they conduct spot checks at the market.
