EMERGENCY ON THE DAY OF A SCHEDULED TOUR
All guides are subject to unexpected circumstances (illness, accidents, family emergencies). If this arises on the day a guide is scheduled to lour at the Heard Museum, call the staff Tour Coordinator (602-251-0262) or the Museum Admissions desk (602-252-8840).
Do not leave a message. Make sure you reach a real person.
If you can not reach these people, you may try the Guild Education Coordinator (480) 314-9956 so that a last minute substitute can be found.
At the Heard North, if you cannot meet a scheduled commitment, call the Committee Chair of Touring at Heard Museum North.
